  Roberto: Michael and I are deeply saddened to her of Jerry's passing. We are truly thankfull for our great times spent in Puerto Vallerta together. We have made some great friends over the years and we have especially fond memories of our time spent with you and Jerry. Jerry was always such a joy and so much fun to be around.
