Harold Arandia, born Nov. 1, 1944, in Oruro, Bolivia, came to the U.S. in 1964 to build a better life. He fell in love and became a devoted husband to Elena and raised 4 children- Harold Jr., Edward, Brigette and Mildred. He later became a proud grandfather known as “Pavo” to six grandchildren. Harold was guided by his deep faith in God, quiet strength, and a love that held family together.
