

James "Jay" O. Hall, born in Mulberry Arkansas June 25, 1922, passed away on May 20, 2012. He married Helen Owen on December 13, 1941. She preceded him in death in 1994. He married Eula Kesterson in 1995. She preceded him in death earlier in 2012.
In 1929 his family moved to Glendora. He served in the U.S. Army and U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II. He worked for U.S. Propellers in Glendora. He also worked for Sears & Roebuck and the Glendora School District. He retired from the Metropolitan Water District, as an area superintendent, in 1983 after over 35 years of service.
Jay is survived by his son James L. Hall and his wife Nancy, his daughter Carol L. Nissen and her husband David, and his son David O. Hall and his wife Erika Jayne. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren; Maureen Hall-Morace, James M. Hall, Sarah Hall, Rebecca Hall, Ruth Hall-Pause, Eric Nissen and Scott Nissen. In addition he is survived by five great grandchildren; Timothy and Andrew Morace, Jordyn and Jenna Nissen, and Tristyn Hall. He was preceded in death by one grandchild; Michael Hall.
