A memorial service for Jay Bertha Perez will be held Thursday, March 10, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Oakdale Mortuary, 1401 South Grand Ave, Glendora, CA 91740. Following the memorial service will be a committal service from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM at Oakdale Memorial Park, 1401 South Grand Ave, Glendora, CA 91740.
