I have many fond memories of my visit to CA in 1985 as well as Uncle Jervis and Aunt Janet's visits to MO over the years. My husband Leo was fascinated by Jervis's JPL career and thoroughly enjoyed learning about his experience there over a span of time when history was made in the US. So cool that Uncle Jervis was a part of it! Both my kids, Allegra and Onyx, have fond memories of meeting their Great Aunt and Uncle when we visited CA in 2016 and were so sorry to hear of his passing. I know my dad, Ted, really looked up to his big brother. Much love and many hugs to all of the CA Wolfes!

Remembering our last reunion at St. Peter's in Marshall, MO back in October of 2011. Sorry to learn of Uncle Jervis' death, and so shortly after our mother's (his sister-in-law) passing. We are wishing you all peace at this difficult time. 

I can hear Uncle Jervis' voice, calm, clear, even. Such an intelligent and knowledgeable man! I'm appreciative of getting to know him during his visits  to  Missouri and on one of our visits to CA. He will be missed, he was much loved.

My California uncle, from southern MO.  He reminded me of my Dad, of good nature, quick to reach for sweets after taking a meal's last bites . . . always great to have him around and watch them interact.  He was kind enough to send us memorabilia from the Space program out in California years ago, and also imparted me with a couple of vinyl records from his own music collection when we visited. . . and many more fond memories of Uncle Jervis.   Love, and sympathy Aunt Janet, Teresa, Tim, and the rest of the family and friends out there.

I recall many visits from Jervis coming back to Mo when I was a child. As an adult we have visited CA several times, and enjoyed him and Janet in Mo too.  All the phone conversations over the decades I will always treasure.  Lobo, love you.....California Wolfe, as you called yourself on our message machine.! Til we meet again. Always enjoyed my brother in law whether in CA, COLO, or MO.   Have had several trips to hold the memories of. Reunions and celebrations also. Loved seeing you Jervis and Janet and family  7 mo ago. Rest now, in peace. Carol Wolfe
