Mr. John Frank Villa

John F. Villa was born in November 1943 to Joe John and Josephine Villa. He graduated from Azusa High School and following graduation, proudly enlisted in the United States Army. Upon completing his military service, John began his first job as a pressman at The Broadway, launching a 45-year career in commercial printing.

In 1966, John married the love of his life, Esther. Together they built a loving family and were blessed with two daughters, Yvonne Jovita and Lynette Marie. After retiring in 2011, John devoted his time to his family, especially enjoying precious moments with his grandsons.

John was preceded in death by his parents and his younger sister, Herlinda Ayala.

He is lovingly remembered by his wife and his daughters; his grandson Dylan Mitchell, his wife Rachel Paige, and their son, Travis Michael; and his grandson Dallas Christian and his girlfriend, Shoshana Wong.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the American Legion, an organization that John strongly supported. Donations may be made via Zelle at (626) 991-8392 or through Venmo to Lynette Villa-Rodriguez. All contributions will be presented in his honor to the American Legion post with which John was most actively involved.
