LoLetta Irene Ryan, the daughter of Kenneth and Mina (Paine) McCluskey, was born September 12, 1927 in her grandmother’s house in Nora Springs, Iowa. LoLetta passed away August 19, 2025 at the age of 97.
In 1956 LoLetta her husband William and children William L. Ryan, Jr and Linda Marie moved to Glendora, California where they lived for nearly 50 years.
Her puppy, Lilly was her pride and joy. You could hear her 10 times a day ask “where’s Lilly”!

Thirteen great-grandchildren, Kayla (Jeremy) Conant, Hayli Cobbett, Morgan Clinton, Tessa Clinton, Geno Mackie, Angela Mackie, Lilia Mackie, Evelyn Mackie, Joseph Mackie, Landon Mackie, Cameron Mackie, Dylan Mackie and Khaos Lane
