Tia Lupe with my sister Becky and myself at one of the reunions. Tia Lupe was our mom's sister. Our mom was Celia. 
We had a good time at the reunion. We saw our cousins who we hadn't seen in a long time.

I feel deeply fortunate and blessed to have had Lupe Mendez my mother-in-law in my life her spirit of unconditional love has always welcomed me in my children with open arms in her house her cooking and her dedication to her family will never be forgotten she has taught me so many things in life simple things that I will carry for the rest of mine  thank you for always being there  and never giving up on us it showed what a remarkable woman you were I will miss our lunches together may you rest in peace with your husband  together forever

Thank you , you are acknowledged and appreciated in multiple ways. In my lifetime I have had my share of great food, with that said I know without a doubt my Tia Lupe will always remain undisputed when it comes to Mexican Mole with Rice and Beans. From when I was 10 years old till now, whenever I know there is a Mole dish, I always think and know that I was blessed to have enjoyed her Delicious All Time Best of the Best Mexican Mole! Love n Respect 🙏 always ❤️ God Bless Tia Lupe!
