Anthony and his beloved Tia Maria!!❤️

This was one occasion of many where we all got together to celebrate Anthony’s birthday! She always made my son feel loved and welcomed! We will miss her!🥺❤️

My Abuela,

I am going to miss my Abuela so much! She was the one who brought the whole family together. Growing up I knew if I asked my grandmother for something or for help she would always try listen and try to do it for me. I remember when I was in 4th grade or so there was a week that I was not feeling well. I had the stomach bug and I begged my mom not to go to school. I was terrified I would throw up in front of the whole class. That week I did not go to school and my Abuela took care of me and she made me Te de canela and avena every morning. She would always help me feel better. She would always have the best remedies or would know what to do. She was a great cook and always had her house clean. My Abuela would be wearing her mandil cleaning and cooking. She even gave me one of her mandil's which I will cherish now that she is gone.

I loved sitting around with her in the backyard enjoying the fresh air, just talking and eating watermelon. There are so many more memories I will hold on to. I love you Abuela.

You and my babygirl that always put a smile
On your face ♥️🕊️🙏

My beautiful grandma to know you was to love you losing you was losing a part of myself that I will never have again I am so thankful to god for blessing me with you as my grandma and for showing me what it was like to be blessed with such a strong woman in my life you are the most sweetest, loving, caring person that I know no matter what happened you always forgave and were always there for those who needed you. I am so blessed to have had all those years I spent with you I wish I could've asked for more but it would've been selfish knowing how much pain I saw you in it broke me. This is not goodbye it's see you later I know you'll always look out for me and watch over me and be by my side you'll be in my heart forever and always I'll always carry you with me because you are apart of me that will never be forgotten I'm so glad I spent every holiday, birthday and regular days with you. I never took you for granted because I knew this day would come so I hold no regrets. I love you mi abuelita chula you don't know how much I miss you.
Love Ilenne ♥️
