

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Martha Robles, a beloved mother, wife, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend, who passed away on November 12, 2024 at the age of 74 in Fontana, CA. Martha was born on December 1, 1949 in Guatemala City, Guatemala to Manuel Ruiz and Berta Vasquez Growing up in poverty and many hardships as a child. She married at a young age and had her first 2 children, Sylvia & Rolando in Guatemala. In May of 1969, they all legally immigrated to the U.S. and settled in Los Angeles, Ca., where she eventually gave birth to her 3rd child Veronica. After, her 1st marriage ended, she moved to Monrovia, Ca in 1979 with the children.
Martha was a devoted homemaker and a loving mother to her three children: Rolando Peralta, Veronica McKinney, and Sylvia Saavedra. In this period of time, she worked very hard as a single mother to provide and raise her 3 children, often working 2-3 jobs just to make ends meet, because she loved and cherished her children, above all. Martha was the best mother one could ever ask for.
Martha married the love of her life, Trino Robles, on November 15, 1985, in San Bernardino, CA. They bought their first home together in Fontana in May of 1984. Where they shared a beautiful life together for 39 years, filled with love, faith, and countless cherished memories.
She was also a proud grandmother to Andrew Dawson, Arianna Dawson, Aaron McKinney, Christina Perez, Matthew Saavedra, & Stephanie Saavedra and a great grandmother to Mila Perez and Levi Perez.
In 1993, Martha gave her life to the Lord Jesus Christ. She was baptized in Jesus Name and filled with the precious gift of the Holy Ghost, under the anointed preaching of the late Bishop J. Grant Tolbert, Pastor of Faith Temple Church in San Bernardino, CA. While Martha had her good health, she was an active member, dedicated to her community and faith at Faith Temple and Life Center Church, under Pastor Keith Tolbert & 1st Lady Nicole Tolbert. She also sang in the Gospel Carriers Choir and participated in many church activities. Her unwavering faith was a source of strength and inspiration to all who knew her. One of her greatest heart’s desires was for her family to all come to Salvation.
Martha is preceded in death by her parents, and sister Estella Vasquez. She is survived by her devoted husband, Trino Robles, her 3 children, 6 grandchildren, & 2 great grandchildren, as well as her siblings: Rodolfo Ruiz, Maritza Fajardo, and Veronica DeWorken. She will be deeply missed by all her family, friends, and the host of lives she touched.
Martha's legacy of kindness, love, and devotion will live on in the hearts of her family and friends forever.
May she rejoice evermore in the presence of her loving Lord and Savior Jesus Christ
