On July 26th, 2023, Pablo Niemetschek passed away peacefully in his home in Duarte, California. Pablo was 94 years old when he passed away, and over the decades he had been a husband, a father, a brother, an uncle, a grandpa, a great-grandpa, a boss, and a friend to countless people. Pablo truly reflected Christ's humble character and he lived out every aspect of his faith in our Lord God by simply living and being a loving example, a caring servant, a quiet honest advisor, a calming shoulder to cry on, and a Christ-hearted man. He cared more for others, giving everything and seeking nothing more than God's loving embrace.
Pablo was born in the spring of 1928 in Entre Rios, Argentina. In Argentina, he met and married his dear wife, Melitta. Over the first 20 years of their marriage, they had 5 children together before migrating to the United States in 1972. Pablo was a woodworker by trade, doing everything from framing houses to building interior doors, staircases, and cabinets for the insides of those houses. Pablo even used his gift to physically help build 2 churches, one in Argentina and one in Wisconsin. He worked hard to support his family, and it wasn't until about age 92 that Pablo "unofficially" retired. Even then, he would regularly be at his cabinet shop, sneaking in an occasional project.
Over the course of his life Pablo lived in several different cities in Argentina, Wisconsin, and in California, having lived the last 40 years in Duarte, California. No matter where he lived, one constant was that he and Melitta were always part of a Christian church. They passed on their belief in God to their children, and that is why we know that both are present with God in heaven today.

A funeral service will occur Friday, September 8, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 1401 South Grand Ave, Glendora, CA 91740.
