Pamela Rae Chase, born on August 2, 1947, passed away on November 3, 2025, at the age of 78.
A funeral service to honor her life will be held at Oakdale Mortuary, located at 1401 South Grand Ave, Glendora, CA, 91740. The service is scheduled for December 13, 2025, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
