Paul Oscar Francis

On May 25, 2022, our father, Paul Oscar Francis, joined his wife; our mother, Jo Ann Marti Francis and their eldest son Scott, on the other side of the veil. He lived to be 83 years old. He was a wonderful father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He is survived by five children: Liz, Mike, Linda, Dan, and Brian, as well as his brother and sister-in-law Vern and Betty Francis. Dad is also survived by his thirteengrandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.

Dad was born on October 1, 1938, in Salt Lake City Utah. At age 24, Paul and Jo Ann moved their family to California to work for what they thought was going to be a few years before returning to Salt Lake City. He lived the remainder of his life in California. Dad was a lifelong member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and served in many callings and volunteer positions. He and Jo Ann enjoyed many years serving as temple workers in the Los Angeles Temple.

Services will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-DaySaints located at 2120 Valencia Street, Rowland Heights, CA,91748 at 10:00 a.m. The interment will follow at noon at the Forest Lawn Cemetery located at 21300 Via Verde Street,Covina, CA 91724.
