Teresa    aka    Hudson was the best friend I have, or could ever have.  She knew everything about me and loved me all the same.  We had wonderful times together throughout the eighteen years we spent together.  We traveled alot together and saw alot of differant things.  We always had an adventure up our sleeves and saw to it it came a reality for each of us.  I will miss her dearly...Your Best Friend Kristin

I have many fond memories of Teri and am saddened by her passing.  She was very courageous in her battle for life and she will be missed.  My sympathy to all.

It is with great sadness that I write this for my sister. When my sister, Teresa (Ter Bear), passed this week it was devastating, since I am not very good at saying things I began to put some words on paper. Writing this to my sister has helped me deal with the grief.
My sister and I were very close in age; she was only eleven months younger than me. Because of this in our childhood we shared a lo
t of the same friends and were very close. Teri was very happy during our childhood and always made things fun. We hung out a lot together and I remember some of the happiest carefree summer days of my life were spent with her. When we wanted to go to a movie we would look in trash cans for coke bottles we could return for a nickel. We would search till we had enough for the movies. It was amazing the treasures we would find in those days.
In high school I got into to sports and we drifted apar. She did better than I ever knew in high school and graduated the same year I did. Teri married after high school and lived her life. She has four boys; David, CJ, Bert and Richard. It was amazing over the years when we would get together because the boys had that same carefree attitude and zest for life that my sister had. Even as a mother my sister never lost her carefree attitude and always had fun. When she would attend my children's games they always knew immediately that she was there (even at a volleyball game against Texas with thousands of fans she could be heard). My daughter absolutely loved the attention she got from her Aunt Teri.
Teri had the single biggest impact on my life and I will always be grateful to her. You see Teri introduced me to my wife when they played together on a youth softball team. My wife grew up across town and there would have been no other reason for us to meet. I will always remember my sister for the impact she had on my life and for all the closeness and fun times we shared in our youth.
It is so sad that Teri's life ended so early in such a tragic way. It is hard to accept that she will no longer be with us. Nothing prepares you for tragedy and it can be difficult to understand how life works sometimes. Take solace in knowing that Teri is now in heaven. Her memory will live on in our hearts forever. I will never forget the happiness we shared growing up. God bless you
