

Brandon William Buche (23) left us all much too soon Wednesday morning March 15, 2017. Brandon entered our world in Spokane, Washington, Sunday, April 25, 1993 and was raised in Electric City, Washington. Brandon graduated from Almira Coulee Hartline High School in 2011, where he excelled in football, baseball and wrestling earning a berth in the WIAA State Wrestling Championships, as well as being invited to attend Washington State Intensive Wrestling Camp. Wednesday, September 21st, 2011 Brandon joined the U.S. Navy, proudly serving his country aboard the Aircraft Carrier - USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN-69), being awarded the National Defense Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal, Meritorious Unit Commendation, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, Expert Rifleman Medal, Expert Pistol Shot Medal and accreditation as Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist. On Tuesday, September 20th, 2016, Electricians Mate 3 Brandon William Buche was honorably discharged. Following his active duty military career, Brandon returned to the Grand Coulee area where he was employed with Les Schwab and Safeway. Brandon had recently been accepted as a Journeyman Apprentice with the Electrical Workers Union. In his free time Brandon enjoyed spending time in the out-of-doors hunting, shooting coyotes and camping, but he especially loved spending time in and on the water.
Brandon’s legacy lives on through his father: Brian W. Buche (Kelly); mother: Cassandra Gleason (Jay); grandparents: Jim & Joette Barry and Thomas & Janet Buche; brothers: Kurtis Klingenberg & Connor Klingenberg and sisters: Jordan Jones & Kaelyn Gleason.
Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Brandon’s life will take place at The Paul Lauzier Acitivities Center at ACH High School, 413 North 4th Street, Coulee City, WA 99115 at 2:00 PM, Saturday, May 6, 2017.
His family requests that any memorial contributions be made in Brandon’s honor to American Legion Post 157, PO Box 264, Electric City, WA 99123.
