Joseph Waters Jr., born on March 22, 1945, passed away on November 3, 2025, at the age of 80. He was a resident of Nespelem, Washington.
A Tribal Dressing service will be held at Strate Funeral Home, located at 329 East Grand Coulee Ave, Grand Coulee, on November 5, 2025, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am.
His final resting place will be at Chief Joseph Cemetery in Nespelem.
