

She was retired from Northwest Airlines as a reservation agent.
Barbara was a member of Greeneville Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
She was formerly a member of Youth Builders and currently a member of Andrew Johnson Club and Newcomers Club. She attended Wayne State University and the University of Michigan. She was active in local politics in Michigan and was encouraged to run for state office but declined due to family responsibilities.
Survivors include her husband: Robert Kellogg; children: Carrie Blair of Oregon, Ohio, Donald Ramsay of Westminster, California, Peter Ramsay of Coral Springs, Florida, and Douglas Ramsay of Palm Beach, Florida; grandson: David Ramsay, of Westminster, California; granddaughter: Rikki Dailey; great grandchildren: Sebastian Hayes, Sidney and Sabrina Dailey, all of Bay, St. Louis, Missouri; god daughter: Julie McInnes of Windsor Ontario, Canada;
sister: LaDonna Taylor of Cathedral City, California; brothers: Stephen Taylor of Holland, Michigan, Jay Taylor of Quebec, Canada; and her many friends.
She was the granddaughter of the late Rufus Wilson Taylor. She was preceded in death by Bonnie and Carrie Gilland of Tusculum who raised her.
