Bernice Rice Tweed

She was a member of Greystone Free Will Baptist Church and also was a member of the Greeneville Hiking Club.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law: Ray and Crystal Rice, Randy and Kerry Rice; grandchildren: Collin, Gavin, Hope, and Faith Rice, and Michael Davis; two great grandsons: Kaden and Bentley Davis; brothers: Gene Gosnell, Ronnie Dean Gosnell and Orville Lee Gosnell; sisters: Sue Griffey, Helen Lyn Rice and husband, Charles, Barbara Harrison; several nieces and nephews; and a special great nephew: Micah Kade.

She was the daughter of the late Johnnie and Carrie Mae Gosnell and was preceded in death by a daughter, Pamela Jean Davis; a brother, Junior Gosnell; and sisters, Vona Jane Cutshall and Carolyn Morgan

The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 pm Friday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be held at 10 am Saturday at Upper Paint Creek Church of God with Rev. Roger Stocton and Evangelist D. R. Harrison officiating.

Interment will be in Upper Paint Creek Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Ray Rice, Randy Rice, Ronnie Dean Gosnell, Collin Rice, Gavin Rice, Michael Haney, Michael Davis and Charles Rice

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family to help defray funeral expenses.
