Berniece Hargrave

She had been a factory worker.

Mrs. Hargrave attended First Church of the Nazarene.

Survivors include her children and spouses: Wanda and Bob Creech, Bonnie Wilhoit, Lowell and Connie Hargrave, Speedy and Marcia Hargrave, and LuAnn and Jim Krantz; 17 grandkids; 46 great grandkids; 11 great-great grandkids; sisters: Wanda Skelton of Michigan and Louise Hammersley; brothers and sisters-in-law: Vernon Hammersley, Virgil and Sue Hammersley, Louis and Linda Hammersley, Gene Hammersley, all of Illinois; several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews; and granddaughters, great granddaughter and caregivers: Marjory Long, Lamanda Correa, Brenda Mendoza, and Gabby Long.

She was preceded in death by her parents: George and Mary Hammersley; sister: Imogene Hammersley; brothers: Lowell Hammersley and James Hammersley; husband: Carl E. Hargrave Sr.; daughter: Josie Hargrave Long; and son: Carl Ed Hargrave Jr.

The family will receive friends from 5pm-8pm Thursday and 12pm-2pm Friday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Friday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Stephen Rutherford officiating.

Interment will follow in River Hill Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons: Lessie Wilhoit, Lee Hargrave, Tim Correa, Jorge Vargas, Ricky Hendrickson, Randy Hendrickson, and John Long.
