Betty is survived by her daughter, Robin (Bryan) Kaczor; two sons, Robert (Michelle) Hayes II and Michael (Jessie) Lacik; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; and her sister, Charlotte (Rick) Stevenson.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Lacik, and ex-husband, Robert Hayes.
There will be no formal visitation or services.
