Betty Anne Linton

She was a retired hotel clerk, having worked at the Comfort Inn in Greeneville.

Mrs. Linton was of the Protestant tradition of faith.

Survivors include her husband: Charles R. Linton, Sr.; two daughters and a son-in-law: Kimberly Anne and Gabe Henneberg of PA; Diane McClurg of Orland, FL; one son and daughter-in-law: Steven and Deborah Yost of Greeneville; stepson: Charles R. Linton, Jr, of Orlando, FL; grandchildren: Nicholas, Kaitlyn, Karinne, Desiree, Deidre, Kirk, and Kraig; several great grandchildren; two sisters-in-law: Alice Linton and Willadean Risner, both of Orlando, FL.

She was the daughter of the late Rev. Earnest McClurg and Dorothy Snyder McClurg.

The funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, September 29, 2011, in the Kiser-Rose Hill Chapel. Rev. Charles R. Linton, Sr. will officiate. Interment will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery (Snapps Ferry Road).

Pallbearers will be family and friends.

The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
