Betty Turnmire Moles, 82, of Veldt Lane, Afton, passed away Thursday, September 13, 2018, at Johnson City Medical Center.

She retired from Greene Valley Developmental Center.

She was a member of Milburnton United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband: Albert Moles; daughter and son-in-law: Brenda and John Myers; son: Steve Reed and Jan Ricker; granddaughters: Crystal Myers and Rose Holowka; grandson: Wesley Reed and spouse, Atarah Yandles; great grandson: Dakota Myers; two great granddaughters: Victoria and Alea Reed; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Arlie and Rose Light Turnmire; brothers: J.W., Jimmy, Bert, and Marvin Turnmire; and sisters: Peggy Hensley, Evalee Franklin, and Amanda Turnmire.

The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Saturday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home chapel wit Rev. Vivian Franklin officiating.

Interment will be at 1:00 p.m. Sunday in Milburnton United Methodist Church Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery Sunday at 12:45 p.m. for the graveside service.
