He attended Our Fathers Place.
Bobby was a friendly, caring, fun loving individual who was loved by everyone who came into his life.
Survivors include a sister: Mrs. Phyllis Dula and family of Clinton, Maryland; special cousin: Shirley Weston and several other extended family members of Morristown and Greeneville; his close friends, housemates and devoted staff from his extended family at Comcare who cared for him dearly.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Henry and Ella Proffitt and his biological mother: Helen Smith.
The family will receive friends 10 – 11 am Tuesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
A homegoing service will be held at 11 am Tuesday, January 7, 2014, in the Kiser-Rose Hill Chapel with Pastor Randy Davenport officiating.
Interment will follow at Hamblen Memory Gardens.
Pallbearers will be his family and friends of Comcare.
