She is preceded in death by her parents, J. Floyd and Lola Belle Quarles, three sisters, and six brothers.
She is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Frank Parker; son, Christopher (Ashley) of West Sacramento, CA; granddaughters, Margot and Molly; and several nieces and nephews.
Private services will be held for the family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that condolences be provided in-person by visiting Frank at Morning Pointe in Greeneville, TN.
