She was disabled and attended Mt. Olive Baptist of Talledega.
She is survived by two sons: Craig Shelton of Pell City, Alabama, and Dennis Shelton of Greeneville; grandchildren: Chris Shelton of Florida and Cheyenne Shelton of Carrollton, Georgia; three brothers and a sister-in-law: Danny and Shelby Devotie and General Devotie, all of Greeneville, and Jerry Devotie of Georgia; sister and brother-in-law: Sandy and Wayne Sherbert of Talladega, Alabama; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was a daughter of the late Clifford Monroe and Rose Fann Devotie and was preceded in death by two brothers, Ben Devotie and Lloyd Devotie.
The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home
The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, December 29, 2011 in Kiser-Rose Hill Chapel with Rev. Jeff Casteel officiating.
Interment will follow in Horse Creek Church of God Cemetery.
