Charlotte Jane Shelton Holt

She retired from banking after 37 years. She attended Greeneville First Free Will Baptist Church. She was also a volunteer at Laughlin Health Care Center for 20 years, was a member of the Widow 2 Widow Club and of the Women’s Auxiliary for the Greeneville First Free Will Baptist Church.

She is survived by a brother and sister-in-law, Robert Gene and Brenda Shelton; two nephews, Tony Lynn Shelton and Kenny Dale Shelton; one niece, Angie Cloyd; and great nephew, Jeffrey Skeans.

She was the widow of Eugene “Gene” Holt and was also preceded in death by her parents, Herbert C. and Nannie Kate Shelton; a brother, Dale Shelton; and a sister-in-law, Lorene Holt Fancher.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 pm Monday, September 25 at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.

The funeral service will follow the visitation at 2:00 pm. Pastor William Elroy will officiate.

Interment will be conducted at Graceland Memorial Gardens following the service.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
