

Charlotte was retired from (Magnavox) Phillips Consumer Electronics, where she “spent 35 years. She was a chief union steward for several years. She will be missed by many people. She was a friend to all.”
Her family states, “She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.”
Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law: Donna Looney and Kevin Babb of Mosheim; Marjorie and Daniel Mossley of Tallahassee, Florida; a son: Troy Looney of Greeneville; two special granddaughters: Nickie Johnson of Mosheim; Katrina Looney of Surprise, Ar; three grandsons: Adam Johnson, Josh Johnson, of Greeneville; Wesley Jones of Florida; her father: Ollie Freeman of Dryden, Va; sisters and brothers-in-law: Diane and David Robinson, Shirley and Charlie White, all of Dryden, Va; Barbara and Ervin Easterly of Alex, Tx; Betty and John Jones of Fall Branch; Brenda Freeman of SC
brothers and sisters-in-law: Frank and Kathy Freeman of Kooke, Va; Clyde Freeman, Robert and Vickie Freeman, Kenneth and Becky Freeman, Emery Freeman, Larry and Thelma Freeman, Ollie, Jr. and Tammy Freeman, all of Dryden , Va; Danny and Ann Freeman of St. Charles, Va.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Margaret Freeman; a son, Warner Looney, Jr.; a brother, Micheal W. Freeman; a sister, Judy Short.
The funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, November 6, 2010, at the Kiser Rose Hill Chapel. Rev. Keith Johnson
will officiate. Interment will follow in River Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Mark Teal, Bryan Smith, Doug Smith, Kevin Babb, Josh Johnson, Adam Johnson, and Troy Looney.
The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday at Kiser Rose Hill Funeral Home.
