He was a retired civil service worker, produce department.
Survivors include a sister-in-law and caregiver: Debbie Bell of Greeneville; special racing buddy: Bobby Hughes ; nieces and nephews: Tangelia Trudo, Ashley Malone, Travis Bell, Amanda Bell. and Kelce Bell; and special friends: Eldridge King, Brenda Franklin, Marilyn Gabbard, and Tommy and Linda Hughes of Charleston, SC.
He was the son of the late Dale F. and Leona Middleton Bell and was preceded in death by a brother, Rodger Dale Bell.
At the request of the deceased, there will be no formal visitation or services. The body will be cremated.
