

He was a handyman/construction worker.
Danny attended Crossroads Church.
Survivors include his wife of 31 years: Janice Garland; two sons: Nathan Garland of South Carolina and Joey Bowman and wife, Christy of Greeneville; grandchildren: Sayd Bradley of Greeneville, Haley Braden of Knoxville, Josh Braden and Cody of Knoxville, and Destiny and Austin Eskridge of Gatlinburg; two sisters and a brother-in-law: Bridget and Richard Sentelle of Afton and Sharon Angle of Knoxville; a brother: Zeb Garland of Knoxville; and several nieces and nephews including one special nephew: Bobby Sentelle.
He was the son of the late Rass and Louise Holt Garland and was preceded in death by two brothers: Horace Garland and Arthur William Garland Jr.; and an infant sister.
The family will receive friends 2-4 and 5-7 p.m. Saturday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. David Dugger officiating.
Interment will be a 4:00 p.m. Sunday in Liberty Cemetery with Pastor Valerie Rogers officiating. Family and friends are asked to meet at 3:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home to go in procession to the cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Duke Pitts, James Boles, Trevor Weir, Willie Butler, Richard Johnson, and James Patrick.
