He is survived by his brother Michael Hartman.
David was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Dorothy Hartman.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 12 – 2 pm at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 2 pm in the chapel of the funeral home with Rev. Dennis Shumate officiating.
Interment will follow in GreeneLawn Memory Gardens.
