She was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Bowman was a real estate agent with Caldwell Banker.
She was a member of the Welcome Wagon, Youth Builders, UT Alumni Association, and the Boys and Girls Club.
She was a proud UT Alumni. Go Vols!
Survivors include a loving brother: Gary Garner; three sons and a daughter-in-law: Frank Bowman, Drew Bowman, and Andy and Amy Bowman; grandson: Brett Butler; granddaughter and her husband: Randelle and Paul Love; great grandchildren: Liam and Colin Andrews; niece: Rachael Garner; sister-in-law: Suzanne Klyman; caregiver and dear friend: Ms. Nancy Lovell; and her special friend: Lila, her dog.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Bowman, Jr., and her parents: Paul and Frances Garner.
Her body is to be cremated. There will be no formal visitation of funeral.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Boys and Girls Club of Greeneville or to Asbury Church.
