She was a 1973 graduate of South Greene High School and attended Walters State Community College. She was a MSOW quality control analyst for Advent Health, an LPN at Takoma Hospital, as well as an administrative assistant at Takoma Hospital. She attended St. James and Salem Lutheran Churches.
She was a very generous lady who contributed to many community causes.
She is survived by her daughter: Dana (Jason) Nidiffer; son: Erich (Bambi) Winter; grandchildren: Zane (Marklee) Winter, Autumn (Carson) Nidiffer, and Mia Winter; step grandson: Cody Nidiffer; future great granddaughter: Lorelia Winter; brother: Tommy J. Davis II; numerous special nieces, nephews and cousins; special friends: Desiree Hook and Margie Rasmussen.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 32 years: Phillip C. Winter; parents: Tommy J. Davis Sr. and June “Granny” Davis; aunt: Joann Lintz; and an uncle: Charles Lintz.
The family will receive friends from 2-4 pm Sunday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow at 4:00 pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Larry Moore officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Judes Children’s Research Hospital.
At her request Devinda will be cremated.
