

She retired from Takoma Regional Hospital after 30 years of service as a nursing assistant.
She loved her family and always enjoyed cooking for them.
Survivors include one daughter and companion: Lejeune Burdine and Dan Parker of Chuckey; a son and daughter-in-law: Jim and Tammy Burdine of Greeneville; seven grandchildren: Lynn Tolliver, Jackie Crawford, Judith Tarlton, Chad Meeks, Chasity Burdine, Crystal McInturff, and Mason Burdine , all of Greeneville; nine great grandchildren: Amber Jones, Brittany Tarlton, Daniel Tarlton, Ashleigh Austin, William Libby, Angel Libby, Kelsie Meeks, Jaci Lawing, and Kyra McInturff; a great-great grandson: Mason Metcalf; a sister: Addie Vaughn of Bean Station, Tennessee; several nieces and nephews; and a special family friend: Cindy King.
She was the daughter of the late Tillman and Evie Henard Drinnon and was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Burdine, a sister, Annie Johnson, and one brother, Freeman Drinnon.
The family will receive friends 4-6 pm Thursday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
Following visitation, the funeral service will be held at 6 pm in the funeral home chapel with Chaplain Greg Barlow officiating.
Interment will be at a later date in Burdine Cemetery in Sneedville, Tennessee.
Honorary Pallbearers are the nurses and staff of Laughlin Health Care Center and Smoky Mountain Hospice and Craig Rhyme.
