He was a retired employee of Giant Food Company in Baltimore, Maryland.
Survivors include his wife of 56 years: Helen Sidebotham; a son and daughter-in-law: Keith and Jenny Sidebotham; three daughters and two sons-in-law: Debra and John Hobby, Cheryl and Howard Barrett, and Rebekah Rottman, all of Baltimore; nine grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
There will be no formal services.
