Eli is survived by his wife, Vickie; son, Josh Collins; daughter, Courtney Metcalf; mother and father, Robert E. and Kathy Kiker Collins; sister, Tammy (David) Klepper; niece, Bethany (Jimmy) King; great niece, Adylie Klepper; great nephews, Jordan Dotson Jr., Brodie King, and Aiden King; aunts, Nancy Austin, Barbara Kiker, and Janie Collins; uncles, Danny (Susan) Collins and Randy Wilson; cousins, Tessa Kiker, Chad Kesterson, Fonnie Collins, Brandy Taylor, and Tonya, Tara, and Josh Marshall; mother-in-law, Jackie Metcalf; sister-in-law, Crystal Wilhoit; brother-in-law, Douglas Metcalf; other nieces and nephews; and a good friend Shannon Wills.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert E. “Bob” Collins Sr., Sue Blanche Morgan Collins, and Martin Luther “Coot” and Bertha Ricker Kiker Sr.; uncle, Martin Kiker Jr.; aunt, Terry Collins Wilson; and cousins, Kimberly Kesterson and Nicholas Kesterson; and father-in-law Ralph Metcalf.

There will be no formal visitation, and a memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
