She retired from MECO.

She attended Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law: Hal and Dana Jennings; daughter: Sherrene Garland; grandchildren: Alison and Gary Sanders, Christopher Jennings, Nathan Garland, Taylor Constantine, Israel Weaver and Brenda McCaleb; seven great grandchildren; brother: Earl Swatzell; several nieces and nephews; two brothers-in-law: Eugene Taylor and Ronald and Shirley Jennings.

She was preceded in death by a husband: Walter K. Jennings; parents: Quay and Anna Kate Swatzell; one sister: Mary Alice Taylor; and a sister-in-law: Wilda Swatzell.

The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. David Clark officiating.

Interment will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home at 1:00 p.m. Monday to go in procession to the cemetery.

Pallbearers are Chris Jennings, Darin Gardner, Israel Weaver, Gary Sanders, Lester Ricker, and Nathan Garland.
