Eugene is survived by his mother, Pearl Arnold; sister, Teresa (Larry) Cornett; and brothers, Thomas Wayne Arnold and Rodney (Stephanie) Arnold.
He is preceded in death by his father, Oliver Thomas Arnold; his brother, Curtis Arnold; and sister, Carolynn Lynn Arnold.
There will be a private family gathering at a later date.
