He was a machinist.
Mr. Aponte was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.
He was born May 13, 1933 in Yabucoa, Puerto Rico.
Survivors include his wife of 44 years: Monika M. Aponte, and his son and daughter-in-law: Erik F. and Jennifer Aponte.
He was the son of the late Fernando and Maria Aponte and was preceded in death by a son, Steve Aponte, one brother, and one sister.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, December 12, 2015, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses with Richard Robinson and Jackie Seaton officiating.
