Frances Looney

She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Looney attended Harris Memorial Church.

Survivors include two daughters: Wilma Shipley and Revonda Kiker; one son and daughter-in-law: Michael and Mary Looney; three granddaughters: Misty Taylor and spouse, Gary, Staci Shipley, Beth Ann Kiker; two step grandsons: Daniel Shelton and spouse, Anna, and Will Shelton and spouse, Sarah; three great granddaughters: Madison and Megan Taylor and Xayda Vereecke; one step great grandson: Tylyn Shelton; one brother and sister-in-law: Roger and Debbie Myers; and three nieces: Diane Swatzell, Mandy Aiken and Grace McKinney.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Guyman Looney; her parents: Paul and Marie Crum Myers and a sister, Judy Myers Moon.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 pm at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, December 4, 2013, in the Kiser-Rose Hill Chapel. Rev. Stephen Aiken will officiate.

Interment will follow at River Hill Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Mark Swatzell, Zak McKinney, Gary Taylor, Melvin Underwood, Daniel Shelton and Will Shelton.

The family would like to express special thanks to Dr. Kenneth Susong and staff, Caris Healthcare staff, Dr. Larry Kilgore and the staff of the University of Tennessee Medical Center.
