He was a truck driver.
He is survived by a son: Gentson Weems; a daughter: Rebecca (Zach) Todd of KY; two grandchildren: EllaBelle Weems and Haivyn Kelsey.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Lacy Weems and Pauline Weems Jones.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Thursday at Mt. Carmel Cemetery at Sunnyside with Rev. Ronnie Baxter officiating. Friends and family are asked to meet at 1:45 at the cemetery for the graveside service.
