Mrs. Lowe attended Midway United Methodist Church as long as she was able.
Survivors include her husband: Randolph Lowe; daughter and son-in-law: Terri and Ricky Aiken of Midway; two sons and one daughter-in-law: Jeff and Donna Lowe of Midway and Bradley Lowe of Kodak; grandchildren and spouses: Derrick and Shauna Aiken of Mosheim, Matthew Aiken and Jason Lowe of Midway; great grandchildren: Ethan Turner, Jalynn, Gracie, and Aleea Aiken; nieces, nephews, and spouses: Dianne Hogan of Knoxville, Lisa and Tony Smith of Westminster, Maryland, Ed Hogan of Silver Spring, Maryland, Roger and Kathy Hogan of Huntingtown, Maryland, Jeff and Teresa Beach of Mosheim, Rick Hogan and Larry and Carolyn Beach of Midway; special great nephew: Derek Beach of Mosheim; brother-in-law and spouse: Arville and Louise Hogan of Wheaton, Maryland; sister-in-law: Marlene Beach of Midway; several other brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; and a special friend: Jackie Worley of Greeneville.
She was the daughter of the late L.V. and Laura Gregg Beach and was preceded in death by her first husband: Elmer F. Hogan; daughter: Debbie Hogan; and two brothers: Delmont Beach and Raymond Beach.
The family will receive friends from 1-3 and 5-7 p.m. Wednesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home preceding the funeral service at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Rev. Jerry Holt will officiate and Bradley Lowe will deliver the eulogy.
Interment will follow at 2:00 p.m. Thursday at Pine Grove Cemetery. It is requested that family and friends meet at the funeral home at 1:15 p.m. Thursday to go in procession to the committal service.
