Geirge came to my worship Service at Taylor Memorial and we were blessed to have him and Angie. Love to all his family from Pastor Maxwell and Bro Richard.

I was so sorry to hear of George’s passing and my thoughts and prayers are with all his family.  It was a  real pleasure to work with George at DCS.  He was a true Blessing!  He  always had a smile and a contagious sense of humor.  He never met a stranger and  had a special place in his heart for all the special kids we worked  with.   What a difference he made in so many lives!  I feel so fortunate to have known George and  consider him a real treasure.

I don’t have the words to express my sorrow for the loss of my friend. Condolences to the family especially Fess , Miss Mary and Eddie. losing Tony and George is a loss  for us all. Miss you both but know your with God and we will all be reunited one day.

George loved children, he was so good to the teenagers he encouraged them to be the best they could be and to make good choices in life. George was a good friend and coworker. He made everyone smile and laugh. He will be missed. Sorry for your loss.

Roberta and family, I am sorry to hear of my friend's passing.  I was in Oklahoma City last week and did not hear until today, 6/21, ironically, when I was in Kingsport, stopped for gas at a Roadrunner there, and the manager, a guy known as "Magoo," told me.  I know these past few months have been very tough on the family, especially knowing George as we knew him:  always mischevious, always one to make you laugh when you were down.  It was always a joy and pleasure to be around your brother, as he lifted my spirits every time I was around.  I shall miss my friend.

George has been a friend since 1992. God gifted him with a personality that touched lives and made a difference. Whenever I would come into contact with George, I would always walk away feeling so loved and special. No doubt he had this effect on everyone he met. He adored his kids and talked about them constantly. I am so heartbroken to learn of his passing. My heartfelt condolences to all his family!
This world lost a great one. May his spirit live on through his children and grandchildren. 

Such sad news when I learned George had passed away.  He was such a kind,  gentle soul with a big smile!   George made this world a better place and I feel blessed to have known him.   I pray for comfort for the entire family during this most difficult time.

     I am deeply saddened to hear of George’s passing.  Not only was he a classmate throughout junior high and high school, but he was also a dear friend throughout life.   Even though I have been gone from Greeneville for many years, I would run into George at times whenI would return to visit friends and family. On each occasion, George always greeted me with that trademark smile.  His personality and kindness could light up a room and make anyone feel at ease.  George had such a kind heart and was a friend to many.  I am honored to be included in that group. 
     I would like to extend my sincere sympathies to both his immediate and extended family, as well as prayers for comfort and healing.  George will truly be missed.

First and foremost I want to send the family my condolences. He will definitely  be missed. Everytime I saw him he had that big smile on his face and usually had a joke to tell.  I pray for God to give peace and comfort to the family.  He was definitely one of a kind and will be missed by many.  RIP George!

Dear sweet George,  you were indeed one of a kind.  You were the easiest person to love and respect that I had the pleasure of growing up with and then working with later in life.  So many trips "over the mountain",  transporting kids.  You would sing, I would tell stories.  We said it was to keep each other awake on those long halls, but really, we both just liked to sing and talk.   🥰  You loved your family as much as you did the Lord. You loved people,  even when they did not make it easy.  I am grateful for you and the joy you brought to me and everyone else you met.  Prayers for peace and strength for your precious family as they say goodbye to your earthly body. The trumpets sounded in heaven as you entered the pearly gates,  as they knew a special angel had arrived.
