He is survived by two sisters, Christine Mullendore of Johnson City and Brenda (Philip) Skoropat of Morristown; one brother, Charles Kay (Gail) Russell of Gray; nieces, Angie (Rev. Jason) Wiley of Palm Harber, FL and Brandie (Rev. Adam) Crabtree of Jonesborough; nephews, Kaylon Russell of Gray, Shannon (Barbie) Mullendore of Greeneville, and Brian (Alisha) Cox of Morristown; and great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
Glendon is preceded in death by his parents, Glen “Buck” and Ruth Russell; grandparents, Charlie and Mattie Marshall Honeycutt and Hobert and Blanch Russell; a brother-in-law, Rev. Jerry Mullendore; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 am Tuesday at GreeneLawn Memory Gardens with Rev. Adam Crabtree officiating. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery.
Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
