He worked for the City of LA as a wastewater treatment supervisor for 35 years. He attended the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He lived in the Antelope Valley in California for 31 years before retiring to Greeneville, TN in 2020.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years: Theresa (Ashley) Kingsley; two daughters: Janice (Ross) Hart of Woodbridge, VA and Carolyn (Justin) Paulson of Fridley, MN; a brother: Alan Kingsley of CO; two sisters: Stacy (Mark) McAllister of Lebanon, OR and Kimberly (Mark) Kingsley of Lebanon OR; stepmother: Jacqueline Kingsley, of Lebanon, OR; six grandchildren: Isaac, Adrionna, Remington, and Logan Hart, and Adeline and Olive Paulson.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Gordon and Janice Kingsley and a brother: John Kingsley.
