She was a homemaker.
Survivors include four daughters and two sons-in-law: Edith Renner of Chuckey, Masil and R. B. Renner, Mitzi and Troy Dunn, all of Greeneville, Brenda Andies and fiancé, Dean Smith of Mosheim; one son and daughter-in-law: Teddy and Judy Andies of Afton; 12 grandchildren: Ricky Blake and wife, Lana, Tim Renner, Terry Renner and wife, Judy, Peggy Daughtery and husband, John, Debbie Starnes and husband, Sherman, Tammy Randolph and husband, Byron, Brandon Sams, Mike Dunn, Sheri Solomon and husband, Johnny, Misty Key and husband, Lee, LeAnn Myers and husband, Michael, Bo Andies and wife Jessica; 19 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren; one sister: Ethylene Hassel of Johnson City; and several nieces and nephews.
She was the daughter of the late Carter and Pearl Wolfe Rector and was preceded in death by her husband, Walter L. Andies; a daughter, Mildred Blake; two grandchildren, Joey Peters and Angela Peters; a great grandson, Michael Peters; five sisters; and one brother.
The funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Monday, January 24, 2011, in the Kiser-Rose Hill Chapel. Rev. Tommy Collins will officiate.
Interment will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, at GreeneLawn Memory Gardens. Family and friends are asked to meet Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home to go in procession to the cemetery for the committal service.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons and grandsons-in-law.
Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Charles Montgomery, Lyle Smith, and the staff and nurses of Life Care Center of Greeneville.
The family will receive friends 2-4 and 5-7 p.m. Monday at Kiser Rose Hill Funeral Home.
