March 8, 1953 – October 16, 2026
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Harold Frady of Greeneville, Tennessee, who will be remembered for his humor, strong will, and independent spirit. He lived life on his own terms and was never one to be told what to do. His stubborn (strong-willed) streak and unique personality often brought laughter and made him unforgettable to those who knew him.
Harold leaves behind his daughters, Rachel (Chad), Sabrina (Paul), and Melissa (Terry); his brothers, Ray (Amy) and David (Kim); and his grandchildren, Brett and Liam.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Anita Kramer; his parents, Opal Davis and George Frady; and his sister, Dale Wallace.
Harold had a deep love for music and his guitars, along with a passion for cooking, baking, fishing, and golfing. He had a natural gift for playing music by ear. Although he couldn't read sheet music, he could listen to a song and pick it up on his guitar as if he had known it all his life. His ability to turn what he heard into music was a special talent that reflected his love for playing.
Harold will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. May he find peace in heaven with a guitar in his hands, a favorite song to play, and a fishing line in the water, with his beloved dog, Cole, sitting faithfully beside him. May he continue to enjoy the things he loved most, doing things his own way, just as he always did. His laughter, music, and memories will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
Forever loved, deeply missed, and never forgotten.
There will be no formal services.
