He was a retired employee of Lear Seating.
Mr. Malone is survived by two sons, Eddie (Sandra) Malone of Greeneville and Ricky (Rita) Malone of Georgia; his grandchildren: Katy Bailey of Florida, and Taylor and Makayla of Georgia; two great granddaughters, Everly and Ryleigh; two brothers, Teddy (Jean) Malone and Tommy (Robin) Malone; a sister, Patsy Ricker; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis Malone and his parents, Ray and Edith Malone.
A graveside service will be conducted on Wednesday at 11:00 am at Mt. Hebron Cemetery. Rev. Paul Winchester will officiate. Family and friends will be pallbearers.
Those attending the graveside service are asked to meet at the cemetery.
Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
