James Walter Mills

He was a retired truck driver.

Survivors include his wife: Katie Ricker Mills; two brothers: Jerry Mills and Paul Mills, both of North Carolina;

several nieces and nephews.

He was a loving husband to his wife, Katie.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 27, 2011, in the Kiser Rose Hill Chapel. Rev. Buster Shelton

will officiate. Inurnment will follow in Cedar Creek Cemetery.

Honorary pallbearers will be Paul Seaton, Guy Dean Seaton, Silas Cotton Seaton, staff of Life Care Center of Greeneville, staff of Amedysis Hospice, staff of Signature HealthCARE Center, Rankin and Patty Pegg, employees of Well’s Repair Service and Sales, Dr. Phillip Thwing, Dr. Robert Locklear, Dr. Joseph Scott, Billy Banks, Roy Roberts, and Chester Carmack.

The family will receive friends 1-2 p.m. Sunday at Kiser Rose Hill Funeral Home.

The Greene County Honor Guard and the Tennessee National Guard will conduct a military graveside service.
