She was a loving wife and had many friends. She was passionate about going to church at Paint Creek as long as her health permitted. She loved to work in her yard and truly loved flowers. She was a giving person to all she knew in need and supported many charities, especially the Veterans Administration. She worked at Mason Dixon for 25 years before retiring to care for her parents.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Charles and Ruthie Tweed Cutshall and one brother: Jimmy Dean Cutshall.
She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 26 years: WD Solomon; one sister-in-law: Becky Cutshall; two nieces: Kelly and Amy of Hickory, NC; and one nephew: Barry Cutshall of Charlotte NC.
The family would like to extend thanks to Caroline and Cline Cook, Shane and Christy Cook, Helen Lynn Rice and Dr. Scott and nurse Heather. They also would like to extend gratitude to the nurses of Amedisys and Gentiva Hospice. Also a special thanks to her neighbors Kathy Stuart, Maria and Mark.
The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1:30-2:30 pm with the funeral service to follow at 2:30 pm at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home. Rev. Buford Metcalf will officiate. Interment will be held at GreeneLawn Memory Gardens after the service.
Pallbearers will be: Shane Cook, Barry Cutshall, and Mark Korniotes.
