Janice Lenior Gregg, 71, of the Newport Highway, Greeneville, passed away peacefully at her home, with her family by her side, after a brief illness.
Survivors include her husband of 53 years: Carroll Gregg; one daughter: Darlene Gregg; one grandson: Tony Souphannavong; one granddaughter Crystal Souphannavong, of Fort Worth, Texas; two great-granddaughters: Naiya and Ariya; three sisters: Barbara Shelton and Carolyn Saunders, of Greeneville, and Linda Kao, of El Dorado, Arkansas; several brothers and sisters-in-law: Bruce and Dora, and Dennis and Susan Gregg, both of Parrottsville, Kathy Henry, Lucy and Johnny Davis, Alice and LD Crum, and Shirley Price, of Greeneville; a special aunt: Hazel Swaney; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by one daughter: Charlene Gregg Souphannavong; her father: Maynard Tino, of North Carolina; her mother: Pearly Mae Curtis Tino; four brothers: Billy, Fred, Larry and Harold Tino, of Greeneville; two sisters: Roxie Farris and Betty McGary, of Greeneville; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
At her request, there will be no formal visitation. She will be buried at GreeneLawn Memory Gardens.

I am so sorry to hear about Janice. When you were at the funeral home for mom I didn't know that she had passed. I didn't know she was even suck. Once again I am so sorry to hear of her passing.
